About
Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) focuses on proactive and preventive maintenance to maximize equipment efficiency. It bridges the gap between production and maintenance by empowering operators to take ownership of their equipment. A well-implemented TPM program fosters shared responsibility across the plant floor, driving higher engagement, improved productivity, reduced cycle times, and fewer defects.

Facilitator
This program will be delivered by Shingo Nakamura (JMAC), TPM Consultant at JMA Consultants Inc., Japan. with wide international experience across industries such as chemicals, food, automotive, and oil.

Target Audience
Plant Managers, Unit Managers, and Heads of Maintenance, Utilities, Asset Management, and Quality will benefit from this program.

Program Outcomes
  Identify the 16 major losses and link them with associated cost elements
   Find the abnormality with respect to Hard to Access/Source of Contamination and taking corrective and preventive measures
Develop tentative standard with respect to Cleaning, Lubrication, Inspection & Tightening
  Differentiate forced and natural deterioration and take corrective / preventive action
🔍︎  Identify type of defects and select appropriate tools to move towards Zero defect
📈︎  Analyse and implement kaizens to reduce / eliminate losses
